James is the founder of Apex Mentors. He has 20+ years of experience as a CEO, board advisor, and executive coach, and has worked with over 400 clients across 22 industries. His approach blends strategic clarity with psychological insight.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Absolutely. We work with leaders worldwide via video conferencing. Our clients are based in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Time zones are accommodated flexibly.
Coaching Programs
How long does a typical engagement last?
Most clients start with a 6‑month engagement, which allows us to create meaningful momentum. We also offer 12‑month programs for deep transformation and ongoing advisory relationships.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
Sessions are primarily virtual via Zoom or a similar platform. For executive clients, we occasionally offer in‑person intensives in New York or London by arrangement.
Do you offer group coaching or masterminds?
Yes, we run selective mastermind groups for CEOs and founders. These are by application only and provide peer advisory alongside expert facilitation. Contact us for more details.
Process & Fit
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
We offer a complimentary 30‑minute discovery call to understand your goals and challenges. We’ll discuss whether our approach aligns with your needs, with zero pressure to commit.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After you decide to work with us, we conduct a deep‑dive diagnostic (including interviews, 360 feedback, and data review) to create a custom coaching roadmap. Then we begin regular sessions with clear milestones.
Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. We adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards. What you share stays between us, unless you explicitly request otherwise (e.g., for testimonials).

How much does coaching cost?
