By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.
Coaching engagements are tailored to each client. The specific goals, duration, and fees will be outlined in a separate coaching agreement or proposal. In the absence of a separate agreement, these Terms apply.
Fees are due as stated on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are non‑refundable. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as indicated.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged in full. We understand emergencies and will handle them reasonably.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to Apex Mentors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent. Coaching sessions may be recorded for quality purposes with your prior agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Mentors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are committed to helping you achieve your goals, but results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or personal achievements. You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions.
Our website may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Your use of third‑party sites is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other clients or us.
